Shipping Info

We do our best to process and ship orders within 5 days; however, when there is extremely high demand due to special drops and/or holiday processing and fulfillment can take 10-15 days before it is dispatched.

We ship out of warehouses on the east coast and use USPS as the preferred carrier. Delivery times will vary depending upon your location and time of the year (expect slower speeds around the holidays in November and December) with country/regional area’s being slowest and metropolitan areas being fastest.

Standard Domestic Shipping typically takes 2-7 days. 

Priority Domestic Shipping typically takes 2-5 days.  

Once we drop off your package with the carrier you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to remedy the situation or set up a redelivery. If items are returned to us we will contact you to set up a reshipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If you are an international customer please allow extra time for your package to arrive.  Customs has been known to hold onto packages for an extended amount of time. We are not responsible for import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country's customs policies. These fees are not shipping costs, therefore, we have no control over how they are applied.
